Ab Aeterno offers Free Standard Shipping to delivery addresses within:
the United States of America; and
the United Kingdom.
Free Standard Shipping applies to eligible orders unless a product listing, commission agreement, or checkout notice states otherwise.
Dispatch
Dispatch times vary according to the nature of the order.
Ready-made objects may dispatch sooner than personalised, commissioned, made-to-order, or specially produced work.
Any estimated dispatch period shown on a product page, quotation, order confirmation, or correspondence should be read as an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery
Delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary according to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, postal conditions, weather, and other circumstances outside the House’s direct control.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
United Kingdom Orders
Orders sent to United Kingdom addresses may be fulfilled or dispatched from the United Kingdom, the United States, or another production location depending upon the particular object or service.
Where import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar governmental fees apply, responsibility for those charges will be stated at checkout or in the relevant product information where reasonably ascertainable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
Delays
If we become unable to ship merchandise within a promised period, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact the House promptly at house@theabaeterno.com with the order details and, where relevant, photographs of the packaging and item.
We will review the matter and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
