Ab Aeterno LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating the Ab Aeterno™ design house.
The website is operated from the United States and may be accessed by visitors in other jurisdictions.

If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Any stated dispatch or delivery estimate should be read together with information shown at checkout or on the applicable product page.
For merchandise sold online, if we cannot ship within a promised period, we will provide any delay notification, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

Purchases are subject to the House's Returns & Refunds Policy, together with any rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
Personalised, commissioned, made-to-specification, or otherwise bespoke objects may be subject to different cancellation or return rules from ordinary stock merchandise.
Nothing in our policies removes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Commissioned work and certain personalised services are additionally governed by our Service & Commission Terms.
Where those Terms conflict with these general website Terms regarding a commission, the Service & Commission Terms will control for that commission.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
We may change prices prospectively at any time.
A price change will not ordinarily alter an order already accepted, except where correction of an obvious error is permitted by law.
Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown or calculated in connection with the order.
